This project is about truth, how knowing the truth is not always comfortable, but necessary. The more we understand reality, the more we feel the weight of it. But avoiding it does not make it right.

Inspired by history like the Civil Rights Movement and even darker moments such as Nazi ideology, this work reflects the idea that even when something becomes normalized, we still have the responsibility to question it and stand against it. Ethics is not defined by what is common, but by what is right.

The daffodil (Narcissus) is used as a symbol of honesty, truth, and forgiveness. Even after harsh winters, it blooms again, representing resilience, awareness, and the possibility of change.

This piece is also grounded in faith, referencing Romans 12:3, reminding us to stay humble, aware, and honest with ourselves. Truth is not just about seeing the world clearly, but also understanding our place within it.

Overall, this work explores the space between awareness and responsibility, how recognizing truth should lead us to reflection, and ultimately, action.
